The information herein pertains to Campbell Rinker and its subsidiaries (AnswerClicks.com). By accessing Campbell Rinker’s websites, you consent to this privacy policy.

Collecting Information
Campbell Rinker provides various market research products and services. Data is gathered in different ways – primarily through qualitative and quantitative research methods. Participation in our surveys and other types of research is always voluntary, and you therefore have a choice as to whether or not to provide the requested survey information. Further, you may opt-out of future Campbell Rinker studies by following the directions in the “Visitor Opt-Out” section below. Lastly, if you do not want the information that you provide to be used in any specific ways, or at all, you need only voice those preferences to Campbell Rinker and we will be happy to comply (Notice: Campbell Rinker does not have the ability to control the actions and decisions of its clients. If information has been provided to client organizations, we cannot guarantee that they will comply with any specific requests.)

Use of Information
We use the information we collect to provide our clients with business intelligence reports and analyses. The information we collect is used in a manner that is consistent with the purpose for which it was collected. This information is provided to clients without disclosing the specific response of individuals, except when we disclose in advance to respondents that their response is not confidential. Your personally identifiable information will NEVER be used by Campbell Rinker, or any other organization, to advertise, promote or market goods or services to you without your prior knowledge.

We employ or contract with other companies or individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf. Such companies or individuals may be provided with access to your information needed to perform their functions, but are prohibited from using such information for any other purpose. In addition, we may release information to third parties when disclosure is required by law or when necessary or desirable to exercise or preserve our legal rights, or to take action regarding potentially illegal activities. If all or part of our company is sold, merged or otherwise transferred to another entity, your information, whether personally identifiable or otherwise, may be transferred as part of that transaction. Campbell Rinker manages several research “panels”, which are databases of potential research participants. Individuals may opt into this panel to benefit from the incentives offered to participants, and opt out of the research panel whenever they prefer. If a panel member wishes to review/edit the information that we have on file for them, they need only request the information from info@campbellrinker.com.

In addition to our panels, we also invite those that have provided Campbell Rinker their contact information invitations to participate in research, either for Campbell Rinker or on behalf of Campbell Rinker’s clients. All such invitations include opt-out instructions.

Security and Confidentiality
Campbell Rinker has implemented certain security measures to help protect the security and confidentiality of information controlled by us, which may be held indefinitely. We limit access to your information to employees and agents who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information, all of whom are bound by this privacy policy and subject to specific contractual terms in this regard. Campbell Rinker employs encryption, firewalls (both hardware and software based), automated secure backup and industry best-practices for the protection of all personally identifiable data that it transmits and stores.

Visitor Opt-Out
Campbell Rinker offers the following opt-out options: Link based opt-out from future email correspondence: All email messages broadcasted to batches of email addresses have a footer which contains an opt-out link. Individuals that click on this link will not receive future email messages broadcasted from Campbell Rinker to batches of addresses. This applies only to the email address where the opt-out link was mailed. It is required that individual email addresses be opted-out separately. Campbell Rinker electronic newsletters (a.k.a. e-news) have an addition option in their footers. Subscribers can respond to the newsletters with ‘remove’ in their subject lines to be unsubscribed from the newsletter. This does not effect our communication with these individuals beyond their newsletter subscription preferences. Individuals may request to be opted-out in other ways. These include preferences to not be marketed to (does not effect newsletter and research focused correspondence), to not be mailed through the postal system, to not be emailed (stops all email from Campbell Rinker except newsletter delivery) and to not be called. The request this, individuals need to contact Campbell Rinker directly. Below is contact information for this.
